As an EAC you will receive an email notification that you have been designated by a particular exhibitor. When you receive this notice, you must accept the designation, pay any associated EAC fees and provide proof of insurance. STEP 1: ACCEPTING THE DESIGNATION
Sign-In to the EAC Console Page: Click on the link provided in the designation email you received and enter your e-code (password). If you do not have your e-code, please contact Show Management.
EAC Console Page: Once signed in, your EAC Console Page will display your company name with five (5) columns:
- Pending Designation: Exhibitor has designated you as their EAC but you have not yet responded
- Accepted and Paid: Exhibitor has designated you as their EAC and you have accepted the designation and paid any necessary fees (an email has been sent to the exhibitor indicating that you have accepted the designation).
- Accepted and Not Paid: Exhibitor has designated you as their EAC and you have accepted the designation but have opted to pay later (an email has been sent to the exhibitor indicating that you have accepted the designation).
- Declined by Exhibitor: Exhibitor designated you as their EAC and then decided not to use your company
- Declined by EAC: Exhibitor designated you as their EAC and you decided not to accept the designation (an email has been sent to the exhibitor indicating that you have declined the designation).
Select the MANAGE LINK under the PENDING column - this is where you will accept or decline the designation.
Managing Designation: Here you will see a list of exhibitors that have requested you as their EAC. You will need to ACCEPT or DECLINE each request. In each case an email will be sent to the exhibitor indicating whether you accepted or declined the designation.
To accept the designation select ACCEPT. This will take you to step 2. |

STEP 2: INSURANCE
If you have not already submitted insurance to show management, you will be requested to review and agree to the EAC Insurance Information by checking the I AGREE box. Select NEXT to continue to step 3.

STEP 3: RULES AND REGULATIONS
After agreeing to the insurance information – you will also be asked to accept the EAC Rules and Regulations. You can view a complete list of rules and regulations by selecting the CLICK HERE TO VIEW EAC INSTRUCTIONS link. After you have reviewed the Rules and Regulations you will need to accept them by typing your first and last name in the appropriate boxes, checking the I AGREE box and selecting NEXT to continue to step 4.

Step 4: PAYMENT
You have the option to pay the EAC fee with a credit card now or to pay later.
Pay Now: select the PAY NOW button and enter your credit card information in the secure window that will open. The EAC Console Page will list you as Accepted and Paid and a notification email will be sent to the exhibitor. You may print a receipt by selecting MANAGE under the Accepted and Paid column and clicking on the PRINT PAYMENT RECEIPT button.
Pay Later: If you choose to pay later you will be listed on the EAC Console page as Accepted and Not Paid. However, the exhibitor will not receive an email. You can sign in at a later date and enter your credit card information or you can send payment to Show Management. See contact information below.
The EAC process is complete once Show Management receives any associated fees and your insurance information. Please note that you will NOT be allowed to work on the show floor until all steps are completed – please be sure to complete all of the necessary items before arriving on-site.

EAC INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS Original certificates of insurance must be submitted to show management confirming the following requirements:
- Worker's Compensation insurance shall be in the amounts required by statutory worker's compensation requirements and employer's liability limits of $100,000 each accident.
- Comprehensive general liability insurance providing at least $1,000,000 in coverage and naming Automotive Service Association, NACE and CARS, Hanley Wood, Mandalay Bay Convention Center and Freeman as additional insured.
- Certificates of Insurance must be provided for move-in and move-out dates in addition to show dates.

RULES AND REGULATIONS GOVERNING THE EAC
- The EAC will refrain from placing undue burden on the Official Contractors, specifically by not interfering in any way with the Official Contractors work.
- The EAC will not solicit business on the show floor at anytime.
- The EAC will cooperate with the official contractors and with existing labor regulations or contracts as determined by the commitment made and obligations assumed by Show Management.
- Show Management will permit access to the Exhibitor Service Manual to the EAC once all fees and certificates of insurance are received
SHOW MANAGEMENT’S DISCRETIONARY RIGHTS Exceptions to using the Official Contractors will be granted only if they do not interfere with or prejudice the orderly installation, interim services or dismantling of the exhibits. An exception will not be granted if it is inconsistent with commitments made and obligations assumed by NACE and CARS in any contract with service contractors, or in its lease with the Mandalay Bay Convention Center. |
