Automotive Service & Repair Week (ASRW) proudly announces Bill Moss, AAM, owner of Ferris EuroService Automotive, is the 2012 event chairman for the Congress of Automotive  Repair and Service (CARS).

About Bill Moss, CARS 2012 Event Chairman
Moss, who is an active participant in the mechanical repair segment of the industry, began his career at a full-service neighborhood gas station in 1973.  He has been involved in the trade as a technician, shop manager, route salesman, compressed natural gas and propane retro fitter, 24/7 service station manager, and automotive sales and service business partner. He currently owns and operates Ferris EuroService Automotive, a four-bay, ASE Blue Seal of Excellence repair facility in Warrenton, Va. Moss has been a National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence certified master technician for more than 20 years and also holds L1, parts consultant and service consultant certifications. He received the Accredited Automotive Manager (AAM) designation from the Automotive Management Institute (AMI) in 2007. He served on the ASA national Mechanical Division Operations Committee from 2002-2008 and has served as director of the operations committee since 2010. He has attended CARS since 2001. Moss is also a member of BIMRS, an automotive trade association representing independent BMW service professionals, and sits on that organization’s board of directors.
